Excellent Service
I have used Liane several times for vacations to Europe – both with exceptional outcomes. The first being a honeymoon to Italy and most recently a Rhine River Cruise. She takes the time to get to know her customers to be able to tailor suggested destinations and activities based on your interests – providing several detailed options to ensure it meets your desires. She and her team are always very responsive and make traveling much easier by taking care of all the logistics ahead of time.

Liane has planned 3 all-inclusive trips for us now and each time has been a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and has first-hand experience with many different properties, so she’s able to make specific recommendations based on our desired location, time of year, budget, and any other requests. We’ve trusted her recommendations each time and have loved every resort. She is VERY responsive and accommodating and makes the vacation planning process easy and fun!
Goes the extra mile and listens
Liane has helped us with planning two trips. She helped us with a family vacation to Puerto Vallarta in 2012. On that trip, we had to reschedule everything by 1 day because of some family illness, and Liane pretty much spent the entire day doing everything she could to reschedule things, and we had exactly the same bookings and accommodation as we originally were supposed to have, and she pretty much saved our vacation for something we really were looking forward to. We also used Liane in March of 2015 to plan my wife’s trip to visit my daughter in London and Liane took the time to listen to us, talk to my wife about what she wanted to do, and she nailed the itinerary. Liane listens to what you hope to do, and plans a wonderful experience because she pays attention to what you say. She advises well, and her service is superb. I would strongly recommend her to anyone, and we definitely plan to use her in the future. Liane plans experiences….not trips.

Liane has booked two vacations for me and my husband, both were firsts for us. First cruise and first trip to Mexico. Her expertise gave us such peace of mind, and she steered us perfectly to exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely work with her again!

Liane is amazing! I trust her implicitly! Her knowledge is incredible and she doesn’t try to “sell” you anything. She gets to know you and knows what you would love! She has hit the ball out of the park twice for us and we are looking forward to a third time! I recommend her without reservation!
Amazing Italy Trip!

The trip of our dreams!
From the very beginning Liane and her team did an amazing job bringing this trip to life for us. It was absolutely perfect, and everything we wanted it to be. From the travel, to the hotel, to the excursions, it was an absolute dream and we couldn’t have done it without her. Even on the day we left when we were made aware of a potential flight delay, she was available to help put together alternative routes if we needed them. She put our minds at ease and we are so thankful for everything she did to make this trip happen.
